Georgina’s entry into real estate began with an unexpected inspiration. After years of mentorship, Carmelita passed away from terminal cancer, leaving her brokerage to Georgina. Amid Toronto’s competitive market, many advised her to franchise to survive. But Georgina chose a different path.
